
Easy-Claim is a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible healthcare services at the time of treatment, without completing a claim form.
Once your practice has been set up to use Easy-Claim, just ask your patients if they’re Southern Cross members.
When a Southern Cross member presents their Member card or other details for eligible items or services, you can send an electronic claim to Southern Cross on behalf of the member, via the Southern Cross Easy-Claim online system. Within seconds, you can tell the member if their claim will be paid by Southern Cross.
The refund the member would normally receive from Southern Cross is paid directly to your practice. The member simply pays any balance owing to the practice when payment has been completed.
