Online GP consults
If it’s outside of your family GP practice hours, or you’re unable to get to your family GP, you can access CareHQ online GP consults from 7am-10pm, seven days a week, free of charge, when booked through the MySouthernCross app*.
Online nurse consults
Members can now book CareHQ online nurse consults for UTIs (urinary tract infections), STIs (sexually transmitted infections) and sick notes up to seven days, available 9am-5pm, Sunday-Friday. This is also free of charge when booked through the MySouthernCross app*.
